Allow to set a payment reminder to a donor on an upcoming pledge he needs to pay, and it should contain an exact link to pay his pledge.

It should be possible to indicate whether it should be a recurring reminder or one-time, and how many days before the payment is due.

Also allow this for all scheduled ongoing payments.
