this is a email message i have preset & use it a lot lately

"Unfortunately, Donary does not give me running balance statement, so this messes up the understanding of the statement. The payments you see alot of them have been applied to pledges from prior to the period you requested, you can see some pledges have a $0 balance as they have been paid already by the recurring payment, all others still have a balance."

Its really important and especially for the older ones they dont know what the big mess is and it is to hard to explain it
